Delete your account and data

Option 1: From inside the app

This is the fastest way, and deletion happens immediately:

1. Open the Ajari app and sign in
2. Tap the profile icon at the top of the screen
3. Choose Settings
4. Choose Delete account at the bottom of the list
5. Read the warning and confirm that you want to delete

Once confirmed, your data and files are permanently deleted and your account is closed.

Option 2: By email

If you can't access the app, send a request to:

The request must be sent from the same email registered on the account, so we can confirm you own it. We will process it within fourteen days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted?

When the account is deleted, the following data is permanently erased:

What might remain?

Only one record remains: the record of the deletion itself (its date and an anonymous identifier), with no personal data, to prove the request was carried out.

Just want to stop notifications?

If the problem is too many alerts, there's no need to delete your account. You can turn them off from: Settings → Notifications.
