Answers to common questions and ways to reach us
WhatsApp is the fastest way — we usually reply during working hours.
Email is best for detailed questions; we reply within two business days.
After creating your account, you'll find a guide card on the home screen that takes you step by step: add a property, then its units, then a tenant, then link them to a unit with a contract, and finally enable a collection method. The card disappears automatically when you finish the steps.
A property is the whole building: a building, house, villa or shopping complex.
A unit is the rented part inside it: an apartment, shop or office.
Example: "Salmiya Building" is a property with six units, each a separate apartment. A villa is a property with a single unit.
Yes, with no practical limit. The app supports up to two hundred properties and thousands of units per account.
Yes. The app works fully in Arabic and English. Change the language from Settings → Language, or from the button at the top of the welcome screen. You can also send the rent request message to each tenant in Arabic or English, regardless of the app language.
From the property page, tap "Rent request" on any rented unit. Choose the month, check the amount and the message language, and the app shows you a preview of the message before sending. Tapping "Send via WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp with a ready message to the tenant's number.
You can also send the request directly from the "Needs follow-up" section on the home screen.
No. The app is an organizational tool only. Payments reach you directly through the method you choose — Wamd, bank transfer, or your own payment link — and never pass through us.
You can enable more than one method, and the tenant chooses what suits them.
Yes, but it requires connecting a payment gateway with a merchant account in your name. Submit a request from: Settings → Collection methods → Submit an integration request, and we'll contact you.
In manual mode, the status updates as soon as you record the payment — no need to update it twice.
To protect your financial records. A recorded payment is an audit record, and editing it later breaks the accuracy of your reports. If you entered a wrong amount, delete the payment and record a new correct one.
Notes and the receipt photo can be edited at any time.
The receipt is your proof in case of any future dispute with the tenant. A payment record without receipts is just a manual entry; with the receipt it becomes documented.
Photos are stored in private storage, and every view requires a temporary link that expires within an hour.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a 6-digit code — enter it in the app with your new password. If you don't find the email, check your spam folder.
No one can access your data but you. Isolation is enforced at the database level itself, not in the app, which means the server rejects any request for data that isn't yours, even if it comes from outside the app.
Passwords are encrypted in a form that cannot be reversed — even we can't see them.
This protects against password-guessing attempts. After several wrong attempts, sign-in is locked for a short time. Wait, or use "Forgot your password?" to reset it right away.
From inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Update the app from the store. Some updates are mandatory because they contain security fixes or changes to how data is saved.
