Acceptance of terms

By using the Ajari app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is owned and operated by Digital Tales, Kuwait.

Service description

Ajari is a software tool for organizing properties and rentals, including: registering properties and units, managing tenants and contracts, recording payments, following up on maintenance requests, and producing financial reports.

Nature and limits of the service

This is an important point we want to state clearly:

• Ajari is an organizational and bookkeeping tool, and is not a party to the contractual relationship between landlord and tenant.
• The app does not provide legal advice, and its content is not a substitute for consulting a specialist.
• The app does not guarantee rent collection, and is not responsible for any tenant's failure to pay.
• The app does not receive money — payments go directly from the tenant to you through the methods you set.

Your account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all the data you enter.
• You must be legally authorized to manage the properties you register.
• You are responsible for obtaining tenants' consent to record their data.
• Using the app for any unlawful activity is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack the app or access other users' data is prohibited.

Payments

If you enable an electronic collection method, transactions are subject to the terms of the payment provider you chose, and the contractual relationship is directly between you and them.

We are not responsible for any fees, delays or disputes between you and the payment provider, or between you and the tenant.

The app is free

Ajari is completely free, and all of its features are available to every user at no cost.

No subscription or digital content is sold inside or outside the app.

Intellectual property

All rights to the app, its design, logo and code are owned by Digital Tales, and may not be copied, reused, or reverse-engineered without written permission.

The data you enter remains yours.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from its use, including data loss, service interruption, or input errors.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but it may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We will notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance where possible.

We may modify or discontinue any feature, and we will notify you of significant changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is used for unlawful activity, notifying you where possible.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the app without giving a reason.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. When a significant change occurs we will notify you in the app, and continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the updated version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
